°C/kW
Celsius degree per kilowatt
Thermal resistanceexact by definition
The Celsius degree per kilowatt is 10⁻³ K/W. It is the convenient scale for liquid cooling loops and large power electronics, where a good cold plate is a few tenths of a °C/kW and quoting it in K/W means writing three leading zeros.
