Watch out: The M in Mcf is the Roman numeral for one thousand, so Mcf is a thousand cubic feet and MMcf is a million, exactly opposite to the SI reading in which M means mega. A gas contract in MMcf is a thousand times the volume of one in Mcf, and the same convention gives MMBtu for a million BTU.
