Thermal conductanceexact by definition
The kilowatt per Celsius degree is 1000 W/K exactly. It is the practical unit for the UA of a building or a district heating substation: a house losing 200 W per degree is 0.2 kW/°C, and a small commercial heat exchanger is a few kW/°C.
