The megasiemens per metre is one million siemens per metre, and it is the only comfortable unit for metals: annealed copper is 58 MS/m at 20 degrees Celsius, aluminium about 35, and 6061-T6 around 25. The factor of 1e6 is exact, being an SI prefix.
