The micromicrofarad is the picofarad under its old name, exactly 1e-12 farads. Prefixes were not stacked in modern SI, but the practice predates it and the marking survives on valve-era schematics, radio service data and older HVAC parts as µµF, mmfd or MMF. The equality is exact, this being a renaming rather than a conversion.
Watch out: Read the context before assuming. On a motor run capacitor, MFD means microfarad, a million times larger than MMFD. The two markings differ by one letter and by six orders of magnitude.
